Boiling time: 25 minutes
Baking time: 20 minutes @ 425° F


Boil some potatoes in water until cooked. (Approximately 20-25 minutes)
- Small Potatoes, cleaned
- 1/2 tsp Salt

Coat a cookie sheet with olive oil to prevent potatoes from sticking to it. Place cooked potatoes on cookie sheet. Smash with a drinking glass or potato masher. Apply a layer of olive oil or butter. Dust with your favorite seasonings.
- Olive oil or butter
- Crushed red pepper
- Italian herbs
- Salt
- Garlic powder

Bake at 425° F for 20 minutes, uncovered.
