- One 16 oz package of tri-color rotini
- One 2.25 oz can sliced black olives
- One cucumber
- One container cherry tomatoes
- One package of Colby Jack cheese cubes (white and yellow ones)
- 1/2 package of mini pepperonis
- One bottle Italian dressing

Cook pasta as directed, rinse in cold water, drain, place in container and coat with some of the Italian dressing. Place noodle/dressing mixture in the fridge to cool completely (the cheese will melt if you mix everything in right away)

Cut tomatoes in half, peel and slice cucumbers into bite- sized pieces, drain black olives, and cut cheese cubes in half. Add these items to the cooled noodles, stir well and add more dressing as needed. Let it sit for a couple hours or overnight, adding more dressing as needed as the noodles will absorb the dressing.
