Brent and Tyler took off early this morning to take #9 truck up to a Kenworth dealer in Bismarck, ND. The front drive axle has a bushing out and it moved fore/aft about an inch. We're told it will take only 6 hours to fix at the dealer. While they are up there, they will be going over to Regent to check the wheat there and see how far off it is since that is the next stop.

Aric and I went over to Pierre for the afternoon. The local library has wireless Internet access so this site got updated. We drove around Harrold for a bit to see the town. Most of the crew headed over to Highmore to go swimming this evening. It is a great warm day for that. We checked out the corn along the way to Pierre and found it to be very dry. It is only about 4 feet tall and it won't be getting any taller. There was 70 acres of spring wheat that could possibly be dry enough to cut, but we're going to wait on that till tomorrow so that we know it is dry enough. That way once we get started cutting, we can find another field that will cut as well and just keep going for the whole day.
